Biography

As a journeyman cabinetmaker since 1978 my real education in furniture design and construction came about working with John Morel at 'The Furniture Maker' for some 15 years.  This was followed by 8 years doing high end custom commercial furniture (board room tables, reception desks etc.) at K. P. Manufacturers before setting up on my own full time in 1999.

My time is divided between doing commission work which involves the client in the design process (free standing furniture - I do not do job site work) and building speculative pieces of my own design.
